Piriformis Stretch, Supine With Partner PNF
Lie supine, one ankle crossed onto opposite knee. Partner
pushes top leg toward chest until tension is felt in hamstring and gluteals of crossed-leg side.
While partner holds position, contract hip muscles so knee rotates away from chest.
Hold ___ seconds,
Release tension. Partner
presses leg closer to chest.
Hold ___ seconds.
Repeat ___ times per session.
Do ___ sessions per day.
